It was a pleasure dealing with Saffron. From the first site visit, to visiting their showroom to the installation this week, we found them helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and would certainly recommend them to anyone. The installation was done without fuss and they were careful to clean up the patio afterwards from dust caused by drilling the wall. A 5-star company!

Great company to deal with. The Office staff were extremely helpful. The engineers were Polite and efficient. The guys arrived on time and were efficient and extremely tidy workers they cleared up all mess and took away all packaging and my old awning which saved me a problem. They were extremely helpful and gave me alot of useful advice. I would recommend this company to anyonethinking of having an awning. Definitely a 5 Star company. it makes a change to deal with a professional company.

I received a professional, courteous service from Saffron Awnings. They kept up great communication with me at all times, always came to their appointments, and when I was due a small refund I received it the very next day. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make any improvements on their homes. A stellar company!

I bought two large awnings from 'Primrose' for DIY install, but soon realised that it would be wiser to have professional company fit them. I'm so pleased that I did. Saffron were not cheap, but their service was first class. It took them most of the day, but they did an excellent job. They also gave me a comprehensive demonstration and tips for maintaining the awnings in the future. Highly recommended!

Having decided on a Weinor Plaza awning we went to Saffron Shutters and Awnings to supply it. Couldn’t have been a better choice. Excellent service from initial visit to installation. David was knowledgeable and helpful when we were deciding, answered our many questions promptly and did the installation. The admin was spot on there was always somebody available that knew what was going on. A family concern giving great customer service. The awning is great too! Saffron have fitted an extension to our Plaza Viva awning. As previously the service has been superb from first to last.
