Bryony and colleague discussed with me the best positioning of the awning and after we had agreed that, they installed it and adjusted it quite quickly. They also filled in some holes from previous awning with a resin for no extra charge....

Very pleased with the service from Saffron Shutters and Awnings. The awning for our house was of very high quality, and the fitting was carried out as scheduled with no fuss. They are a pleasant and easy company to deal with, and there was no pressure selling when visiting their premises to view the various awning options available to us.

Like many people this year, the heat has been quite intense, especially when the rear of my house faces south. I decided an awning would be a good idea. The people from Saffron Shutters arrived at the appointed time to fit the awning and carried out the installation with care and precision. Perfect design, perfect installation. Bryony was very helpful in designing and organising the installation of our decking, and the two guys worked tirelessly in very hot conditions to produce a fantastic decked area. Very tidy workers and very helpful too. Would thoroughly recommend.

The brackets came on the promised date, and they were exactly to the measurements provided. They were extremely heavy and strong with an excellent finish and included all necessary nuts and bolts, etc. I am sure that the wall will give way before the brackets do. I fully recommend Saffron Shutters and Awnings' product and service.

We had our shutters installed in October 2023, and we are so pleased with them. We have a south-facing garden, which means the awnings are out all the time, even in the winter! It's so wonderful to be able to put out the awnings and still see our garden. Before, we had to close the voiles. Also, we were really surprised how much the awnings helped to keep the heat out on the really hot summer days. They spent a lot of time with us, helping to make sure we picked the right model for our patio, and it was absolutely spot-on. Can't recommend this lovely local family company enough.
